[Trainer-Talk] Trying to obtain information how those that were not at convention can pay dues to the division?

Greetings everyone,

I am reaching out to see how those that were not at convention, but would like to pay dues to join  our division can do this? If anyone can provide feedback, that would be greatly appreciated.
