[Trainer-Talk] Brand Computer Users Rest Assured: You Can Still Get the Classic Outlook!

Well, I'll be the contrarian, but specifically if we're talking about
individuals who do not already know Outlook Classic by heart.  I'll also
say that I disagree, entirely, with the assertion that Outlook (new)
is "nowhere
ready for prime time."  I only trained on Outlook (new) with clients who
needed to learn Outlook from square one because it will soon be the only
Outlook.

Outlook (new) for basic email, calendar, and contacts management is
completely accessible.  For Gmail users, it's superior to Outlook Classic
since it syncs all three without the need for a third-party solution for
calendar and contacts.

2029 is going to be here much sooner than many anticipate, and right now is
the perfect opportunity to use Outlook Classic and Outlook (new) side by
side, and that's been supported for about a year now.

If you are an M365 subscriber with Outlook installed, you can find both
Outlook (and it has no qualifier) and Outlook (classic) when you use
Windows search.  Either one, or both, can be open at the same time.  Now is
definitely the time to begin familiarizing yourself with Outlook (new, and
Microsoft now just calls it Outlook) while the side-by-side use is
supported.
