Matt:
This sounds like a problem for Freedom Technical Support. They will want to know the exact error message you are receiving when Fusion crashes and may also ask you to gather some logs from the computer.
But, yes, whenever I encounter an issue with a access tech product crashing, I almost always contact the AT vendor to resolve the issue.

Wondering if anyone has seen this one. Brand new HP pro book 460g. I've
used dozens of these over the past year with no problems.
Installed the latest build of Fusion 2026, and initially all worked well.
After an update when the computer restarts Fusion crashes. I removed the
update, and repaired fusion and still the same behavior. As a last resort I
uninstalled Fusion and reinstalled with the offline installer to ensure that
everything was there. Same behavior. Interestingly enough, coming from a
shut down I can login to the machine and load Fusion most times with an alt
control F keystroke.
Last bit of information I can provide is If I load jaws first and then
unload Jaws I can load Fusion with no issues.
I'm not starting Fusion automatically when the system starts as this end
user needs to switch between Fusion and ZoomText depending on the tasks they
are doing.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.
