[Trainer-Talk] NVDA with XP

Hi Matt,

Which synthesizer are you trying to use? eSpeak-NG comes with NVDA and was
the default synthesizer for NVDA 2017.3 (in 2018.2 and later, Windows
OneCore is now the default if running on Windows 10 or 11. On earlier
versions of Windows, NVDA will still default to eSpeak-NG).

The only thing I can think of is if using say SAPI 5 and there is something
wrong it might revert to no speech (it reverts to eSpeak-NG now, but I'm
not sure if that was always the case).
