Not only is it pretty much essential to have the URL so that everyone's on,
literally, the same page but also to know the device(s) and the iOS
version(s) that are in the mix.  If a browser other than Safari is in the
mix, that needs to be identified, too.

These sorts of issues are seldom solved in the abstract, but via direct
experimentation, and the ecosystems involved are very often a big "part of
the problem" as well.
