I haven’t timed it, so that’s just an estimate. After that, the message becomes available for reading and navigation, and all works normally.</span><br><span></span><br><span>Since upgrading to the New Outlook for Microsoft 365, I haven’t experienced this issue, perhaps because the New Outlook is built on Web technologies, and uses the underlying browser engine’s HTML rendering capabilities, including screen reader support.</span><br><span></span><br><span>and from a private conversation I'm having with someone about New Outlook:</span><br><span></span><br><span>JAWS 2025 has a script for the New Outlook, if I recall the release notes correctly.
