I did some research on this company and they do seem on the up and up. 
Their common questions page answered correctly all the questions that a 
first time agent would need to know before doing business with them as an 
independent agent.  The only problem I have with them is there support is 
done by email only.  I prefer working with a host agency who I can contact 
via email, website and phone.  This speeds up things for me.  I haven't done 
a BBB search on them so I would suggest you do that as well before deciding 
to work with them.  If you need further advice, just write back here.
