that week is black out week, all flights no specialist, lowest ones out of 
NY to Dallas are around $250 each way and that is with 2 stops.

Next year we will be in Orlando, I have already had people book there hotel 
in disney, and are looking at cruises out of port Canaveral for either 
before or after convention.

Disney rooms can be booked up to 500 days in advance, just a one day room 
fee is all that is needed.

Also cruise ships post their itinerary up to 2012 sometimes, the earlier 
booked the cheaper the rate.
