[Travelandtourism] trying to find cheap flights for NFBConvention

Hello everyone,
The national convention always occurs over the Fourth of July time
period. Do not neglect air charter. Although the price for chartering a
plane is considerably higher than for flying on an airline the benefits can
out weigh the cost. For starters there's no black-out dates, departure and
return through airports closer to where your chapter meets or your members
live, you're far less likely to have lost or damaged baggage, no extra
charges for such baggage, no security checks, the group would have the
entire plane to itself, and many more. We still have just over two months
for affiliates to investigate this alternative to scheduled airline travel
and to do some high-stepping fundraising to help offset the cost for
individual members. This is another possible option to consider.

Yeah, working around the blackout is proving to be chalenging this year
because the NFB decided to have the convention on the July 4th weekend. I
can't quite ever remember them starting the convention this late before.
Even trying to get a group rate isn't easy but we are booking them ever so
slowly.

that week is black out week, all flights no specialist, lowest ones out of
NY to Dallas are around $250 each way and that is with 2 stops.
