Each state maybe be different, here in New York, we have what is called the
Empire State Park Pass, which I get every year which is free, contact your
parks department in your state and see what you need to submit. It is a
sticker that goes on your car, and you get free access and parking, But
this does not include such things as the Bronx zoo or the New York Aquarium.
The cover state parks and such places as Jones Beach, and camping areas.
So check out your Parks Department in your state.
And yes it is free, I have to submit proof of blindness to the state, or we
have to pay $65 dollars a year if we didn't get proof.
