working the populations, slashing prices on cruises way below even what the 
Cruise Lines offer.

With Capital Hill on the backs of companies of the likes of the cheap 
cruises beating out even the cruise lines, is going down the toilet.  Travel 
Agents are coming back to educate and give real values and prices again.

Someone actually called me a dinosaur a few weeks ago, don't you know that 
Travel Agent are on the way out. I said to him, don't you know travel agents 
are not on the way out, and under cut travel is.

People with this economy want to know exactly what they are getting for the 
money they are spending, and not finding out later, that what they paid for 
isn't what they are getting.

A lot of the online booking engines are being sued as well, for not giving 
what the passengers asked for a for not putting the correct spelling of 
names and even wrong dates of sailings.

We talk to you, we verify.  That is why it is better to speak to someone, 
yes, I have a website, yes I post specials but no, when you want to book 
something, you need to give me at least 5-10 minutes to find out exactly 
what you want, even the reservationists with the cruise lines will only book 
what you tell them, suppose you book on celebrity which isn't exactly kids 
friendly, and you want to bring the kids and no one onboard had kids, what 
are your kids going to do sulk all day for 7-10 days.  I hope not.

A professional travel agent, will make sure if you want a kid friendly 
cruise then by all means ask which cruise lines have kids activities, you 
know what which cruise lines offers trips to Alaska, or when is the best 
time to go to Europe.  Or we want to go on a cruise that isn't as big as the 
ones out there, I want to see St. Petersburg, Russia is that possible, etc.

Or Maybe, which ones have accessible rooms for wheelchairs, or does this 
cruise offer braille, or maybe services for accessibility.
