Well, I looked at again with S A Mobile Network and found the button.  Not 
sure why I didn't see it with JAWS.

there is a button for depatures and destination, was just on there when you
reported it.

It say one way or round trip

from

to

departure date    time

return date       time


It then says adults children infants
