Wendy:

I agree. Sometimes your first impression of a particular place or event
stays with you. Its like going to a restaurant where the food and service
is bad. Chances are you will never go back and you will be sure to tell
everyone you come in contact with, your story and why they shouldn't either.
This is why even in my business, I have to set a good first time impression.
I have to give my clients a reason to first trust me and provide good
customer service. Otherwise, they will go some place else and take their
family and friends with them.

You went with NCL and they didn't provide you with the level of service you
can get else where. So you did what any reasonable consumer would do. Took
your business else where. This is the only way any Company will ever learn
how to treat their paying customers.

My job as a travel specialist is to give you informed choices regardless of
what I might feel. I have a client now who refuses to fly US Air. Even if
the price is low enough, they don't want me to book them on there. So now
that I know this, I won't even offer it to them as an option.

----- Original Message ----- Peter,
I've experienced 9 cruises now and twice on NCL. I think I have enough
first-hand experience to make an informed decision. Like I said, I hope your
experience is better but I've traveled enough with my dog guide to know that
as a consumer, I can now make better choices.
