Thanks for the discussion about this.  I have let Princess know of my
possible intention to bring Napoleon but haven't heard back yet.  I'm still
rather undecided about it though.

He doesn't have to pay for a fare for the dog, he just has to make sure that
both Richard and the dog has proper id, Richard you have your Passport
right.
