Canadian Transportation Agency issues advice for Skyservice ticket-holders
OTTAWA - March 31, 2010 - Skyservice Airlines has announced it is ceasing
all operations effective immediately.

In light of this situation, the Canadian Transportation Agency today issued
the following advice to passengers who hold tickets for travel on
Skyservice:

a.. If you are in transit, you should make alternative travel arrangements
as soon as possible. If you booked through a travel agent or tour operator,
contact them first. If the travel agent or tour operator cannot help you,
then you will have to make alternate travel arrangements with another air
carrier or other means of transportation.

b.. If you hold tickets for future travel with Skyservice that were
purchased through a registered travel agent or tour operator, you may
contact that agent to make other travel arrangements.

c.. Keep all tickets and receipts for expenses incurred in making
alternate travel arrangements, including accommodation and meals.

d.. If the travel agent is registered in Ontario, Quebec or British
Columbia, you should contact the appropriate office listed below to
ascertain whether you may be eligible for compensation under applicable
provincial legislation:
