Hope all is well. I literally got the info about an hour ago. See Below from Stacey Taylor. She is the new access supervisor..... Hope it helps a bit. I need them to update the accessible power point to reflect this as well 

We have discontinued printing Braille across the entire fleet.  The current process is now that someone at Guest Services will assist in reading the daily Compasses to them, and their Waiter in the dining room will assist in reading their menu to them each evening.

Sorry to be a pain, client would like to know what exactly with she be getting on the cruise in reference to accessibility.
