Cheryl:
Often we have to do business with people we wish not to do business with. I
am pretty sure that Delta knew most of this Countries travel laws before
they sat down to inter into this agreement. Saudi Arabia is a big money
maker for some of today's major corporations. And if Delta didn't step up
to the plate, some other US based Airline would have.
That's how big business is today. You have to separate your feelings from
what is best for the interest and the growth of your Company.
We are both business people and like it or not, we are going to do business
with some individuals that we don't particularly care for. Who knows. I'm
sure there are some within Delta who don't like this partnership either.
But we can't go around turning down business just because we don't like
their point of view.
Now we do have one way as consumers to make our voices heard when dealing
with any Company who we are displeased with. Refuse to do business with
them. However, as travel agents, working on be half of our clients, we
cannot afford to do business that way.

This also deals with other religions that are not Muslim as well, but
Primarily Jews, to which I am.
Delta is partnering with this company, and should have found out more before
even partnering with them.
