What does this have to do with traveling?

A whole lot!!!

It says to turn your clock back an hour at 2AM on Sunday, the 6th, but I
just doing it before going to bed.

If you are traveling make sure you adjust your time table.

It also gets a little confusing where you are traveling to.

Arizona (with the exception of the Navajo Nation) and Hawaii and the
territories of Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands (St. Thomas, St. John and St.
Croix), Guam and American Samoa are the only places in the U.S. that do not
observe DST but instead stay on "standard time" all year long.
