All the information about this process, including links to resources and 
forms, can be found in "Sites Unseen: Traveling the World Without Sight." 
It's available from National Braille Press in a variety of formats: 
www.nbp.org.  There is also a chapter all about cruising and it may give you 
ideas of what to find out ahead of time to make your trip more enjoyable.
