[Travelandtourism] volunteer vacations?

It's Blind Core that travels to turkey and other countries to assist 
blind people.  They focus their work on helping agencies for the blind 
in developing their programs.  I am very familiar with the 
organization.  I spoke with them several years ago, expressing interest 
in volunteering.  I'll check back with them. I think it will be 
something for me to do after my son has gone to college though.  I don't 
think Blind Core would be appropriate for him.
