Because of the air charter setup, it seems best for small groups taking no 
more than a 3 to 4 day trip and one-way group flights.  Its like renting a 
charter bus.  Unless they have other trips scheduled between your departure 
and return, your group has to pay for that plane being stored until your 
group is ready for its return flight.

Not going to work for my Atlanta to Dallas group this summer however, It 
could work for a 3-day cruise group I have scheduled for later on in the 
year.

And how it works, for myself going to convention from NY to Dallas is way to 
much money.
