[Travelandtourism] Tours at the National Federation of the Blind Convention from June 30-July 5th, 2012

Hello Cheryl and everyone,

Six Flags is a definite must! I wonder if this could be another division
fundraiser as this tour could garner a lot of people. Mary and I have taken
it in the past. It took several busses to get everyone interest in thrills,
chills, and spills to the park and back. In the past one or two busses left
the hotel following adjournment of the general session. Busses were
scheduled to return at various times to allow those on this tour to return
whenever they wished.

I was glad we did this as the person I went to Six Flags with in 1990
fell and sprained her ankle. No sooner did we return to the hotel when it
was off to the hospital so she could get medical attention. She recovered
quickly in the following days. JMO.

Peter I have done this one in the past, it is mostly very descriptive, and
it is mostly a bus tour, you will get out at certain stops for photo
opportunity, like the with stop of the Bronze cattle drive. where you can
touch the cattle and feel the horns, etc.
Both Nelson and I really enjoyed this one.
I am looking to go to Southfork myself.
But now everyone should pick and contact me and book it.
I need at least 1/2 of the price per person by May 15th.
It is also going into the Braille Monitor.
Also, I am working on Six Flags over Texas the Amusement park, to much, or
should we offer it, what say everyone, and not just my officers, I want to
hear from the people on this talk list please.
Thank you, Mr. Donahue for your thoughts on Dallas Highlights tours.
