I have just gotten home, and have read the issues going on.
First, we are all here to help, let you dear wife now that if she needs our 
help then we will write. I will check out if there is anything on there 
website for the corporate office here in the states, if she doesn't find 
anything.
We all know it is discrimination, and it is only that part of the website 
that isn't working, they rest of the website which Maurice has stated works. 
Which makes no sense at all.
So, it is a point of getting the right person to talk to.
