Hello Margo and everyone,

I did say that there are multiple ways to solve this issue. Having waiting 
kennels is just one option.

Peter, you know, anything can come back to bite someone.  I think this is
perhaps a good compromise but that doesn't mean we shouldn't look at other
angles.
