Hello Margo and everyone,

 

Is the Rosamond Gifford Zoo the one in Syracuse the one you're trying to
deal with concerning their policy concerning the admission of guide dogs? I
just now tried to find their service animal policy on their Web site and
cannot find it anywhere. Most if not all of the Texas zoos do not post this
information on their Web sites along with others around the country. It's
nice to know in advance what might await you should you decide to take your
dog with you if you go to one of these places so you're better prepared to
deal with it. Just thought I would ask.
