As mentioned, Norwegian is working with Special Needs at Sea, and I am planning on having Andrew Garnett on in future conference calls, and hopefully invite him to the convention next year, since they are also out of Florida.
Royal Caribbean, stopped offering braille last year, and Andrew has been trying to work with Royal Caribbean, to no Eval as of yet, these things I have been working on behind the scenes.
I know that is a big issue especially with the NFB of New Jersey Cruise in April 2013.

Not every place is like Norwegian, and they know that!
Royal Caribbean is also Celebrity Cruise Lines.
I haven't worked with Holland American and Princess, etc.
But I know Carnival doesn't offer it either.
Same with Sandals and Beaches.
Disney has options like I can get menus from the websites, but cannot get a braille menu at Disney Parks or on the ships.
A long way to go on these issues.
But it is like working with the man from oz, can't get the people to whom you need to work with, but getting there. One step at a time.
