We all know you are a grown up.
We all are.
And if you want a more comfortable trip as well as an enjoyable one. Then it is wise to do so.
I ask all the questions from my clients what they need.
Are you diabetic, do you need a refrigerator?

If you want braille or large print menus?
Are you traveling with a guide dog, if so you are going to need a relief area.
ARe you in a wheelchair, do you need an wheelchair accessible room?
Do you have allergies?
Are you deaf and need an ASL person?
If you don't need anything this, it is not important. But I get clients who are not only blind or even disabled.
They fall under, well I am bringing my C-Pap Machine.
Are you lactose intolerant?
Do you need assistance getting on to or off of the ship?
Do you need assistance if the cruise ship is tendered instead of ported.
Maurice or Anahit, do you want to add more information.

> Important Information Regarding European Union Regulations
> A new European Union Regulation has been adopted by the European Parliament and Council to prevent discrimination and offer assistance to persons with disabilities and persons with reduced mobility. This applies to cruise departures where the port of embarkation is situated in a territory of a European Union state.
> For Disney Cruise Line(r), this pertains to all cruise departures from Spain and Italy in 2013 and 2014. If anyone in your Client's party has a disability or reduced mobility that requires special assistance, please notify the Disney Cruise Line Reservation Center at the time of booking.
> It is very important that the Travel Agent pass this information along to Disney Cruise Line to allow us to assess the Guests' needs and address them appropriately.
