An greatful and glad to hear that NFBOK members are all right and safe.
Yes, the destruction is horrible and sad.
I'm trying not to watch the news too much as it can get rough after a while.
Definitely don't need to start becoming anxious to  cause a convulsive grandmal seizure to happen.
There was a Tornado Victims Concert held to support them in rebuilding one day.
American Red Cross is also taking donations to also help.
