Hi cheryl,
Saturday morning is not good for me at all. Sunday night, (if it is
not the first Sunday of the month), It might work for Friday night
depending on my schedule.
As far as trips are concerned, I know that I am not interested in
Utah. I am more of a entertainment/sightseeing type of person. Not a whole
lot interested in nature walks, hiking etc. Not that I will not do it, but
it is secondary to me.
In talking to my chapter members, one said that if a trip was set for
Puerto Rico that he would consider going. I would too, of course if it
fits my schedule. I know that I said NY, but I also like New Orleans and
would like to visit Memphis or St Louis.

DIVISION.
Start Tuesdays until after June 1st and most Wednesdays, I will not be
available to hold meeting. We were suppose to have a meeting this Tuesday,
June 29th at 8pm Eastern to discuss our Trip to Benefit the Travel & Tourism
Division for either 2015 or 2016 or have 2 separate groups going to 2
separate places, no reason, we cannot do one than other. We need to start work
on this ASAP. We need Ideas or we are going to pick Utah again. We have had
others like Texas and NY.
We need to decide on another day of the week to do this.
These are the dates I am suggesting, Saturday morning anytime from 10am -
2pm, Sundays maybe in the evening since many have church around 7pm Eastern
Time.
Days not available are:
Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesday
Days available:
Saturday, Sunday, Thursday, Friday
