National Federation the Blind Travel & Tourism Division, a proud division of
the National Federation of the Blind, will be holding its monthly division
meeting, all are welcome to come and attend to find out all about this great
division.

 

The meeting will start promptly at 7pm Eastern Time, please adjust your time
for Central, Mountain and Pacific Times

This month we will be speaking with our members who are part of the local
transportation boards and/or committees in their state. Both Board Members
Steve Hastalis and Jamel Powell both sit on committees in their state, also
Secretary of our division, Margo Downey, is a transportation commissioner in
the Niagara Falls/Buffalo area.

 

Come and find out how to reach out to your local committees, or listen to
what is going on in other states.

 

We will also be discussing fundraising events, one possibly prior to the
National Convention in Orlando, and we are still looking for ideas for our
2016 trip. 

 

Another thought is to whether or not have a table with information and
giveaways at National as well.

 

Discussion about guests and ideas for the annual meeting, as well.
