I am posting information, that Dwight Sayer, President of the National
Association of Blind Veterans, a proud division of the National Federation
of the Blind, had sent me earlier this morning.

 

You all might not know the name as it is in the subject line. You might know
him as Gene Huggins.

 

NFB is not just an organization, we are a family. I hope you will pray for
our brother, that god will take him from his suffering soon, he gave a lot
to this country as a Veteran of a Foreign War.

 

He deserves our prayers, and our thank yous for protecting us and our
country.

I found out today that  our First VP Clarence Eugene Huggins  of Sumter
South Carolina is being moved from his  hospital room at the Columbia SC VA
Hospital to Hospice care. Please lift  Gene up in your prayers and keep his
family  there also in this  time of much  reflection.
