Hi all,
My name is Bill Kociaba and I am in south florida.
I do a lot of traveling with my wife and have been to Europe (twice)Alaska,
and all over the US.
I am getting ready to do a british isles and france cruise in june and I
have a question. When in Italy I found that all the museums were very blind
friendly. At the Vatacin I went to the head of a very long line, they waived
the entrence fees and also provided me with a headset for the audio
descriptive stuff at no cost.
I am wondering if the situation is similar in the UK, France and the
Netherlends.
As any of you who have cruised know you have limited time in the various
ports and if for example I can bypass the long line at the luve(I am sure
that's misspelled) that would be wonderful.
Also I have been on over 50 cruises and actually worked in the travel
industry for a few years so am happy to help with any cruise questions. I
had developed a strong relationship with Royal Caribbean's access dept. and
consulted with them on some blindness issues.
Look forward to interacting with you all
Bill
