Good evening everyone,

Please find below the URLS for JetSuiteX and Surf Air:

JetSuiteX: https://www.jetsuitex.com/

Surf Air: https://www.surfair.com/us/

Both of these airlines have service in California. JetSuiteX offers service to several other states in the western United States. They operate very much like a regular airline but they're what is in the industry is called a "Public Charter." JetSuiteX recently became certified in service to passengers with autism. All of their staff have undergone training on how to properly deal and assist autistic passengers. I'm not sure if they have carried blind passengers yet. Perhaps in time we can provide outreach to them so they can better assist blind air travelers. It's great that at least one air charter service is wanting to provide the best service possible to passengers with special needs. Way to go JetSuiteX. We can't wait for them to come to Texas.

Surf Air on the other hand is also considered a public charter but requires passengers to buy a subscription allowing you to fly as often as you want on a monthly basis. You need to study their membership programs to determine if their service is workable. Surf Air currently serves California and Texas. In Texas they serve Austin, Dallas, and Houston. We'll be glad when they start serving San Antonio.
Beyond looking for alternatives to travel on commercial airlines it's all our responsibility to find ways to position ourselves financially to allow us to take advantages of these services as well as explore other air charter options. If we were sighted and want to utilize alternatives to traditional airtravel we would need to do the same thing. Happy flying.
