Please see the following message from our state affiliate President. I
apologize if you're receiving this as a duplicate, but I just want to make
sure that all Texans that are planning to be at convention know of the Texas
caucus. Please make plans to join your fellow Texan Federationists at this
meeting and throughout the convention. There are many of us in the student
division, and I want our presence to be felt!

Friends,

We are only two weeks away! I wanted to let you know that we will be holding
our Texas Caucus very early on this year during convention. I know this may
not work for everyone and some of you may not be in town yet. I understand
an apologize if this time is not convenient, but I wanted us to meet early
and get our marching order, so that our work would not be interrupted in the
Hospitality suite or information table, or the myriad other meetings that we
all participate in during the busy week.

Our meeting is Saturday morning, June 30, at 9:00 AM in the Steuben room in
the Atrium.

Please let anyone from your chapters who may not be on this list know.
The announcement will be on our website soon. First-time attendees should
definitely check in there.

Again, please do not worry if you have a conflict and cannot make it.
There will be time for you to touch base with us. Definitely plan to sit
with the Texas delegation and make some noise during the general session. I
want those seats full of enthusiastic Texans please!
