I'm not sure your question on Blind Services in Texas.  Are you
looking for applying VR or IL program?  As far as for O & M services,
both programs provide O & M but IL has a limited amount of training
sessions offer to IL customers.  VR program has wide range of services
as long as they have to tie to employment such as  AT, VR Teacher,
vocational/academic  employment support, adjustment to blindness
counseling, medical restoration/low vision services if necessary.  In
order for determining what type o f services customer will need, VR
Counselor has to conduct the assessment with customer to finalize what
type of services customer will receive. It is very individualized.  If
you need more information, feel free to contact local TWC/VRS offices.
Counselor of the day will be able to answer your questions you have.
