Our convention is going to be the weekend of Friday November 9 through Sunday November 11, 2012. And just in case you haven’t heard, for those of you champion procrastinators, you now have until this coming Friday October 26, 2012 to make your room reservation with the Holiday Inn in Beaumont. Our room rates are so cheap that even we students can afford them! The rates are $79.00 per night plus 15% tax for up to four people per room, this rate includes breakfast for both Saturday and Sunday!
