It's your responsibility to make the required changes so you can continue to offer your games in the App Store. Speaking for Mary and I we'd rather download a single App containing all of the games, audio, or video content instead of a zillion smaller apps. We're already using apps with complicated menu structures so using one more wouldn't be a problem. If you want to keep this ship a float you need to modify its design when necessary. It's for this reason we have not downloaded any of the Blindfold games. Now suck it up and align your app with Apple's App Store requirements.
