[Vabs] State Convention

Hi Patrick,  we are returning to Dallas for the national 2010 convention
because when we get multiple year contracts for the hotel, as we did for
Dallas, we get the cheap rates everyone likes.

        I'll miss state for the 2nd year in a row. :(  I've got a scheduling

conflict.  Hopefully next year I'll make it.  On a tangential topic, why is 
National going back to Dallas in '10?  Why not Denver, the Twin Cities or 
another city a little less hot and humid?
