Dear Michael And Hello All:
Good Day!
Paying dues means to pay an annual membership fee, so as to receive the full entitlement/rights of a member. One will pay membership dues so that he or she can receive all privileges/benefits of being a member.
A membership due for The Virginia Association of Blind Students will be paid annually (once a year.). I hope this clarifies what paying a membership due is. Thank you For asking, Michael. Thank you, all! Thank you much!

Many Thanks And Much Respect.

Sincerely,

Naim Muawia Abu-El Hawa
