Perhaps this has changed since I stepped down from the NABS Board at this
year's convention, but to my knowledge all committee calls are open to
all. The only calls which aren't open to all members are the meetings of
the Board. So, I would assume that any calls which are announced publicly
on the NABS list are open to all members.
