[VABS] February VABS Call: Attendance Necessary

I am completely on board with doing this retreat. Since we (the members)
voted to do it last year, I think we should see it through plus who knows,
it could be a huge success.

I think it is a great idea for several reasons.
1.) This will give the students the ability to network with our peers as
well as socialize.
2.) It will be something exciting that we can do as an end of summer event
before we have to start classes.
3.) If the location or facility, at present, is an issue, perhaps we can
look into other places to host it since we are making it a regional event.
Sometimes planning events at different places (instead of the same place)
can spur on more attendance for future events.
