This year has flown by so quickly and yet in some areas time seems to have
stood still or slowed down but I am please to report that thanks to your

S. 260 - Transformation to Competitive Employment Act

There has been no change since my previous update.

I am so proud of the advances that we have made despite the pandemic
interruptionour daily lives. While this is my final report regarding our
National priorities for 2020, I am optimistic about the prospects for
success in the new year.
