Summer 2024 student internship opportunity.  Application deadline is
December 15, 2023.  Please use the link in the body of this message to

The student recruitment announcement is now open for the HS-POWER
internship program for summer 2024*. *This internship is sponsored thru DHS
Science and Technology Directorate (S&T), Office of University Programs
(OUP). TSA along with many DHS components will be participating in the
summer 2024 program.



The HS-POWER program's primary mission is to build the future DHS
workforce. One way this happens is by placing Science (inclusive of social
science i.e. criminal justice, psychology, economics, etc.) Technology,
Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) undergraduate and graduate students
with various DHS offices and components. All stipends, approved travel, and
virtual participation or housing allowance will be funded by DHS S&T OUP.



The application is open to all current college students who meet
eligibility requirements.  For interested college students: use the link

   - Summer 2024 appointments will be virtual *or* in-person;
      - Students will receive a stipend and a virtual allowance *or* a
      stipend and a housing allowance (available to those who reside
more than 50
      miles from their participation site.)

As a result, no hybrid appointments will be approved.
