Do I understand correctly that Kevin tomzak has bid on a location but that his return to the BEP is being blocked by the BEP and office of the AG?  If this is true, I'd like to know who in the Program asked the AG to get involved.

It should be noted that there were several representatives from the AG's office present at the special MCB meeting held on 7-20 and that none of them expressed openly any concerns about the Board's action.  It's also no secret that they're are some on the Commission staff who would hate to see Hazell Brooks back in the Program.
