At very least it shows incompetent tttraining and management of the program itself.
Moreovefr, aside from the corruption issues it looks to me that they'e been running the program at the pleasure of DTMB all along.

Since I have represented most of the operators, I would say about two dozen or so, including the licensee suspensions and license revocations. I lost track at 17 hearings since March, 2007, when Zanger was appointed by Cannon to be director and lawbreaker-in-Chief for MCB, and people wonder why so much money has gone to settlements and litigations costs? Take note Mr. Zimmer And Mr Snyder, as you desire to place blame at the feet of blind people, instead of incompentent, corrupt, and discriminatory MANAGEMENT within MCB! 2012 is not the year the world will likely end, but it is the year that fraud, corruption, and evil WILL BE revealed and exposed for that which and to whom it applies!

Say All,
does anyone have an exact count of all the ALJ, arbitrations and suits involving the BEP since Zanger took over from Fred?
There have to be dozens. Astounding though and I think it shows a pattern and practice of something gravely wrong with the program.
