It would be nice to share some hot stock market choices you have identified lol!!!
also here is my list of questions, since I have your attention.
1. Where did the quarter of a million dollars that was indicated in the audit go, exactly how was the money mis spent or lost.
2. Why isn't the EOC calling for a full evidential hearing on this matter, to find out what happened and explain (like a 3yr old) what we can do in the future is the to guarantee it doesn't happen ever, we never get the financial reports that are necessary or mandated, by Randolph Sheppard.
3. Why isn't the State Plate not open, and why wasn't the proposals that was submitted or forwarded to Ed Rodgers, when we went through the trouble of doing that work, there has to be a plan amongst all that information.
4. Why is it when we E-Mail Ed we get a response but no follow through?
5. Why isn't the Cafe DeVille matter not settled yet?
6. Why isnt the loss inventory being presented on a spread sheet that makes no sense, and we need supporting documentation, when the PA doesn't show up or the building manager is unavailable to check the throw outs, this came after the new way of having to submit further documentation, and before the rule changes those should of been "Grand Fathered" under the old system then implemented the new.
7. What is being done about the illegal cooking of items in the State Buildings, smoothie machines, waffle irons, illegal bake sales during working hours, these departments aren't paying any taxes on those items, and the operator holds the license for food service, also the extra refrigerators in my location that I can't open my vending machines to service them, all the fire hazards with the extension cords, surge protectors, and the coffee pots.
8. What is being done about the extra income the program is not capturing, with the outside vending operators have added to their routes is all this legal?

HOUSE BILL No. 4256
February 14, 2013, Introduced by Reps. Denby, Rogers and Kelly and referred to the
Committee on Government Operations.
     A bill to amend 1978 PA 260, entitled
"An act to revise and codify the laws relating to blind persons and
persons with a visual disability; to create a commission; to
prescribe its powers and duties and those of other state agencies
relative to blind persons; to provide services, education,
training, and assistance to blind persons; to regulate concessions
operated by blind persons; to transfer powers, duties, functions,
and appropriations; and to repeal acts and parts of acts,"
by amending section 10 (MCL 393.360).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
     Sec. 10. (1) This act shall does not apply to a concession
operated in connection with the state fair, with the use of state
fairgrounds, with a state educational institution, state penal
institution, military establishment, armory, or state park, or in a
building that is operated by a house of the legislature.
     (2) A sighted person operating a concession under contract or
lease at the time this act becomes effective shall not be on
October 1, 1978 is not required to surrender the rights before the
contract or lease expires.
     (3) A sighted person operating a concession which that has not
been applied for by a blind person may be permitted to continue in
charge until the concession is applied for and a qualified blind
person is chosen to operate the concession.
