<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>We're down to the wire for ordering tables and
finalizing plans for the Braille-A-Thon. Mark BEP operator from the
capital is providing a full menu of foods, but no ice cream. Ice cream was a
real hit last year and I'd like to have it again. It is not clear however,
if, or who, is going to provide this venue. Larry, you told me a few weeks
ago that a BEP operator should have first choice. Andrea, you said you need NFB
to help with the equipment. The deadline for turning in vendor form and
the $25 vending fee has passed and I still don't know if we have ice
cream. </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>This is what I need at this point. If you can
confirm by Friday, 6-4 by noon via e-mail that any of you are going to provide
ice cream and there is a commitment for $25 to be sent to MPVI, address on
vendor form, you in. If I don't hear from any of you by that time, I will
locate another business who can provide this service.</FONT></DIV>
