I am fortunate to be a part of the Texas Randolph Sheppard program in
Texas and can tell you that this state has not charged a set-aside fee
since early 2006. There are no plans to begin the practice again in the
near future.

wondering if there is anyone from the Texas Randolph Sheppard Program

can answer this question for me. Does the Randolph Sheppard Program in

state of Texas still do set asides or has that policy been changed?
