Hello,

   I am a vender in training and was wondering if there is anyone out there
who can give me some information about RS Venders and the sale of lottery
tickets. If there are any venders out there who are working in states that
participate in lotteries please try to answer some of my inquiries.
   Are RS Venders allowed to participate as venders of lottery tickets? If
not, then why? Are there specific restrictions that proclude RS Venders from
selling lottery tickets? Are there particular restrictions in state and
federal buildings that prevent the sale of lottery tickets? Do most venders
just not choose to sell lottery tickets because of difficulties with the
equipment or because it is more trouble than it is really worth?
   I would greatly appreciate any information that anyone might be able to
offer me regarding these questions.
