SUBJECT: Jan. 24, 2009, Committee meeting comments

On Jan. 24, 2009, I attended the BEP regular open Committee meeting.

Again I was very disappointed in the meeting.

On Jan. 17, 2009, I also attended the Chapter 97, Sub-Committee meeting.

We spent 4 hours discussing the "License concerns", in Chapter 97 and how it
would effect special "BEP license operators.

You and your Committee "do not" want to follow the Oct. 3, 2008 suggestions
from the Feds.

As I stated to you in a recent e-mail, you and the N. J. CBVI and your
Committee has to stop thumbing your nose at the Feds.

I received your notes on what you thought we agreed on at this meeting.

I attempted to discuss the "operators manual" which appears in the new
Chapter 97 draft.

You and your Committee and the CBVI Administration ignored my comments.

At the Jan. 24, 2009 Committee meeting I attempted to continue my comments
on the "operators manual".

After the Chairperson of the Sub-Committee gave his report on the
"Operator Manual", I had some Comments as, Vice Chairperson.

As I started speaking I was rudely interrupted by Nick Gacos.

You permitted him to speak to me in this manner.

I told him I was giving my report and comments on the Operator's Manual".,
and when I was finish he could make his comments.

Nick made the motion on one of the phone conferences of Chapter 97,
Sub-Committee meeting that we needed a "Operator's Manual".

We then agreed and placed it into the draft of the new Chapter 97.

At the Jan. 24, 2009 Committee meeting he denied that he made this motion.

Since you "never attended any of the phone conference meetings because you
was just too busy, you did not witnessed Nick's motion.

I suggested to the Committee since Nick Gacos wants to ""kill" the idea of a
"Operator's Manual" that the Committee should cancel the Sub-Committee.

I do not know "why" you and your Committee allow Nick Gacos to scare you and
whatever he states on the floor is the "Gospel truth".

Nick reports are not always accurate.

However you and your Committee will continue to be afraid of Nick Gacos and
you have no other choice but to allow him to control your minds.

It appears that you and your Committee and the CBVI will continue to "thumb
your nose", at the Feds.

One of the main reasons why a BEP Operator serves on the Committee is for:

Protection, a great location paying over (100,000.0o to $200,000.00++) a
year, new equipment, and other goodies.

Since the N. J. Justice Complex cafeteria will be available soon with a
"Dunkin Doughnut "deal", you will want it.

If you want this large location the CBVI has no other choice but to award
this cafeteria to you.

However for you to receive this type of location you must continue to Honor
and Obey Nick Gacos.

At the meeting I inquired about the minutes of previous meetings.

We have never received any Committee minutes since the May 2008, Annual
Conference.

These minutes has never been discussed at any of your meetings or never was
approved and the Operators do not know what the Committee is really doing.

You stated that I was right and you have to go back the the previous minutes
and make all and any corrections and have the minutes approved.

I am wondering will all of these missing Committee minutes will be modified
and not really reflect exactly what happen at the meetings???

I am the only true unpaid advocate in N. J. and I have or will never turn my
back on my blind brother or sister. I am not owned by anyone and I am not
"for sale".

These are just a few comments that I have.

You stated at the meeting, if any Operator has any comments please e-mail
them to you.

I will close with this quote:

I do the very best I know how - the very best I can; and I mean to keep on
doing so until the end.

Abraham Lincoln
